{"id":489,"date":"2023-07-03T09:03:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-03T09:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.istomps.org\/?p=489"},"modified":"2025-03-12T13:28:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T13:28:41","slug":"cleo-europe-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.istomps.org\/?p=489","title":{"rendered":"CLEO Europe 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On June 26-30, 2023, Lorenz and Elizaveta attended the Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics\/Europe \u2013 European Quantum Electronics Virtual Conferences (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleoeurope.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cleoeurope.org\/\">CLEO\u00ae\/Europe-EQEC 2023<\/a>), which took place in Munich, Germany. CLEO\u00ae\/Europe-EQEC 2023 are Europe\u2019s largest conferences on photonics, laser technology, and related research fields. The conference program featured plenary and keynote lectures, tutorials, talks, and poster sessions. We also visited the huge exhibition <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleoeurope.org\/exhibition\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cleoeurope.org\/exhibition\/\">LASER World of PHOTONICS<\/a> to see the latest trends and innovations in photonics industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elizaveta delivered a talk titled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/opg.optica.org\/abstract.cfm?uri=CLEO_Europe-2023-cf_9_2\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/opg.optica.org\/abstract.cfm?uri=CLEO_Europe-2023-cf_9_2\">Generation of Tunable Narrowband Azimuthally Polarized Pulses for Magnetic Excitation of Eu<sup>3+ <\/sup>Ions<\/a>\u201d in the session \u201cUltrafast Spectroscopy\u201d.
